FAQ's

The customer is responsible for pick-up and drop off their rental order.

Pick-up- Day 1 of the tournament week.

Drop-off- is any day before Day 7 of the tournament week.

LOCATIONS:

Cooperstown:  3 Heritage Drive, Hartwick Seminary (1 mile from Dreams Park)

Oneonta:  244 River Street, Oneonta (3 miles from All-Star Village)

SECURITY DEPOSIT

This refundable deposit will be returned once items are returned in an acceptable condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rental orders that are cancelled seven or more days before will be given back 100% (minus a $15 processing fee).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Responsibility of items- The renter assumes full responsibility that the items will be returned in the same condition as it was received.

2. Loss or Damage- The renter is liable for any loss, theft or damage.  The renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost at full market value.

3. Hold Harmless- The renter assumes all risk of property damage and personal injury arising from the use, operation, or possession of the items, including any such damage or injury resulting from the customer's own negligence.  The renter agrees to indemnify Dreams Team and All Stars Rentals from any claims, damages or  legal proceedings/fees, etc.

This agreement represents the understanding between Dreams Team and All Stars Rentals and the renter.
