What if our team only needs 12 bedding sets instead of 14?

Team packages require a minimum number of 13 bedding packages in order to receive team discount.  If your team only needs 13 bedding packages, you can communicate this to All Stars and Dreams through email [email protected] or text or phone call (607-727-6226) and you will be refunded $35 at pick up.  If your team needs less than 13 bedding packages we recommend you order bedding packages individually.  Team pick-up and drop-off can still be arranged. 

The website shows a rental period of 6 days but we need it for 7 or 8 days

There is an option to choose a different amount of days (6-8) in the "Rental Duration" drop down tab.  You can adjust to whatever works for you.  

How will we get our bedding packages? 

You will be asked for the best method of contact during the checkout process.  All Stars and Dreams will contact you to arrangement a convenient and hassle free pick up and drop off arrangement.  

We signed up for a certain day/time for pick-up but our travel was delayed, can we change our pick-up time?  

We understand that life happens.  We will work with you to determine a time that is convenient for pick-up.  Our goal is less stress for you!

How are bedding/towels laundered? and My child is allergic to certain fragrances or dyes. 

All items are laundered between rentals.  In order to avoid any issues with allergies, we use a dye free and scent free laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets that are made for sensitive skin.  

I tried calling but  nobody answered

We are a small company and are starting this business as a side venture.  We promise we will do everything to make your experience easy and we will get back to you ASAP!
