What if our team only needs 12 bedding sets instead of 14?

Team packages require a minimum number of 13 bedding packages in order to receive team discount. 
Please let me know and I'll work with you at NO CHARGE for an additional Coach or Player if needed.

The website shows a rental period of 6 days but we need it for 7 or 8 days

There is an option to choose a different amount of days (6-8) in the "Rental Duration" drop down tab.  You can adjust to whatever works for you.  

How will we get our bedding packages? 

I'm in contact with you about one week in advance to organize pick up times.  I do stay in touch with you for drop off as well.

We signed up for a certain day/time for pick-up but our travel was delayed, can we change our pick-up time?  

We understand that life happens.  We will work with you to determine a time that is convenient for pick-up.  Our goal is less stress for you!

How are bedding/towels laundered? and My child is allergic to certain fragrances or dyes. 

All items are laundered between rentals.  In order to avoid any issues with allergies, we use a dye free and scent free laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets that are made for sensitive skin.
